These Terms govern your use of Relay, the Android application and related services provided by PlayFusion Technologies (“we”, “us”). By using Relay, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Service description
Relay connects to your Gmail account (via Google OAuth) to categorize mail, surface attention queues, and optionally provide AI-assisted summaries and drafts when you request them. Relay is not a replacement email provider — Google remains your mail host.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Relay.
Your account
- You sign in with Google; you are responsible for your Google account security.
- You may disconnect Gmail or delete your Relay data at any time in Settings.
- You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse engineer our systems.
Subscriptions (Relay Pro)
Paid features are billed through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Play Store settings. Refunds follow Google Play policies. Feature limits for free and Pro plans are described in the app.
AI features
AI outputs are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and sending any email. We do not auto-send mail on your behalf. Sensitive categories (OTPs, password resets, etc.) are excluded from AI processing.
Disclaimer
Relay is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for missed deadlines, misclassified mail, or AI-generated content you choose to use.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
