Delete your Relay account

You can delete your Relay account and associated data at any time. After deletion, your profile, Gmail connection, server-side metadata, VIP settings, and billing linkage are removed from Relay servers.

Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open the Relay app on your Android device.
2. Go to Settings (menu → Settings).
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete all my Relay data.
4. Confirm when prompted.

This disconnects Gmail, clears your encrypted local mail cache on that device, and permanently deletes your account from our servers.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email hello@tryrelay.in from the Gmail address linked to your Relay account. We will verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Relay account profile and plan settings
• Gmail OAuth tokens stored on Relay servers
• Email metadata (subjects, senders, snippets, categories) on our servers
• VIP senders, classification learnings, and sync history on our servers

What stays elsewhere

• Your Gmail mailbox (managed by Google — unchanged)
• Google Play purchase records (managed by Google)
• Local app data on your device until you uninstall or clear app storage
